Upcoming Dates and Submission Guidelines

 

Important dates:

• January 31, 2024: Deadline for abstracts
• February 29, 2024: Notification of acceptance
• June 30, 2024: Deadline for full papers

 

Registration includes the full participation in all sessions: the ice breaker, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner and the banquet. It will be possible to purchase a separate banquet ticket for a guest. Tickets for the technical tour are also purchased separately.
